Stat. § 26-80","heading":"Disposition of birds, quadrupeds, reptiles or amphibians illegally taken.","body":"Any bird, quadruped, reptile or amphibian, or part thereof, illegally taken or possessed, or any bird, quadruped, reptile or amphibian illegally used in the pursuit of any bird, quadruped, reptile or amphibian, shall be seized by the commissioner, any representative of the commissioner or any conservation officer, and the commissioner may, at his discretion, sell or otherwise dispose of the same.
