Stat. § 27-149","heading":"Restraint of persons charged with offenses.","body":"Any person subject to this code charged with an offense under this code shall be ordered into arrest or confinement, as circumstances may require. When any person subject to this code is placed in arrest or confinement prior to trial, immediate steps shall be taken to inform him of the specific wrong of which he is accused and to try him or to dismiss the charges and release him. The accused may be admitted to bail by posting bond in the amount ordered by the convening authority, but not to exceed twice the authorized fine for such offense.","path":["TITLE 27.
