When so equipped, such officer shall receive an initial allowance of one hundred dollars in payment for such uniform and equipment. Each active commissioned or warrant officer of the organized militia of the state, so uniformed and equipped, who has received one such initial allowance shall receive each second fiscal year thereafter an allowance of fifty dollars.","path":["TITLE 27.
