Local offices.","body":"With the approval of the Governor, the commissioner or the commissioner's designee may: (1) Represent the state on any regional or interstate organization for civil preparedness and may, on behalf of the state, enter into reciprocal mutual aid arrangements with other states; (2) establish and operate such area or district offices as may be necessary to control and coordinate civil preparedness preparations and mutual aid among communities.","path":["TITLE 28.
