Stat. § 29-1q","heading":"Communication with local officials.","body":"(a) The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall develop a method of direct communication with local chief elected officials.\n(b) Whenever bomb detection personnel are sent to a location in response to a threat received at the state level, the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall immediately notify the local police chief of the location of the potential threat.
