Additional assistant treasurer.","body":"The Treasurer shall appoint an assistant treasurer for debt management. Such assistant shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of his duties. He shall, under the direction of the Treasurer oversee the general financing procedure in the borrowing of money by the state and perform such other duties as the Treasurer may direct. The Treasurer may appoint an additional assistant treasurer as necessary for the efficient conduct of the business of the Treasurer.
