Stat. § 3-62e","heading":"Treasurer to pay costs and deposit funds into General Fund.","body":"When any funds or property which have escheated under sections 3-62b to 3-62g, inclusive, have been recovered by the Treasurer, except as otherwise provided in section 3-62h, he or she shall pay all costs incident to the collection and recovery of such funds and property which have not been paid from the Special Abandoned Property Fund created under section 3-62h and shall promptly deposit the balance of such funds or property into the General Fund for the use of the state.","path":["TITLE 3.
