Stat. § 3-87","heading":"Publication of election laws.","body":"As soon as possible after the adjournment of each regular session of the General Assembly, the Secretary shall codify and publish in pamphlet form all laws concerning elections in this state and shall send a copy thereof to each election official in each town. The Secretary shall prepare and cause to be included in such pamphlet a brief statement concerning hours of voting, absentee voting, qualifications of electors and the duties of election officials.","path":["TITLE 3.
