Stat. § 30-2","heading":"Liquor Control Commission: Appointment, term, vacancies, oath, removal.","body":"There shall be a Liquor Control Commission composed of three commissioners, one of whom shall be the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, appointed by the Governor in accordance with section 4-9a. The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall be the chairman of the commission. The Governor shall fill any vacancy for the unexpired portion of the term. Not more than two commissioners shall be of the same political party. Each commissioner shall take the oath prescribed for executive officers.
