Stat. § 31-11","heading":"Hindering inspector.","body":"Any owner, lessee or occupant of a factory or other building included within the provisions of this chapter or owning or controlling the use of any room in such building, who obstructs, hinders or unreasonably delays the Labor Commissioner or any of his deputies in the performance of the duties imposed by the general statutes, or who fails to provide at least one way of unobstructed ingress to such room or such building for said commissioner or his deputies in the performance of such duties, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars.","path":["TITLE 31.
