Stat. § 31-15","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(a) Any parent or guardian who permits any minor to be employed in violation of section 31-12, 31-13 or 31-14 shall be subject to penalties under sections 31-15a and 31-69a.\n(b) A certificate of the age of a person made as provided in section 10-193 shall be conclusive evidence of such person's age upon the trial of any person other than the parent or guardian for violation of any provision of said section 31-12, 31-13 or 31-14.\n(c) Nothing in this chapter shall affect the provisions of section 10-184.","path":["TITLE 31.
