Payment of expenses of proceedings.","body":"Subject to the approval of the administrator or chairman of the board, witnesses before the administrator, the referee or the board appearing pursuant to the provisions of section 31-245 shall be allowed fees as provided by law in civil actions. Such fees and all expenses of the Employment Security Appeals Division in connection with proceedings involving disputed claims shall be deemed a part of the expense of administering this chapter.","path":["TITLE 31.
