Stat. § 31-249h","heading":"Regulations defining “good cause”.","body":"On or before January 1, 1988, the Employment Security Board of Review shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, which establish a definition of “good cause” for the timeliness of filing motions or appeals pursuant to sections 31-241, 31-248 and 31-249a.
