Stat. § 32-226","heading":"Furnishing of municipal services to other municipalities.","body":"Any municipality may, by vote of its legislative body, furnish for consideration municipal services to, or have municipal services furnished to it by, one or more other municipalities. The consideration for such services may be based, in whole or in part, upon a formula which takes into account the taxes levied on the real property situated in the municipality in which such services are to be furnished which the legislative body thereof determines will be appreciably benefited.","path":["TITLE 32.
