Annual reports.","body":"Not later than July 1, 1996, the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, the Labor Commissioner and Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated shall jointly develop goals and objectives and quantifiable outcome measures related to the percentage of financial assistance which is being provided to high performance work organizations. The Labor Commissioner and Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated shall submit an annual report concerning such goals, objectives and measures to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor and public employees and the joint standing committee having cognizance of matters relating to commerce.","path":["TITLE 32.
