Stat. § 33-1075","heading":"Action by single and multiple classes of members.","body":"(a) If the certificate of incorporation or sections 33-1000 to 33-1290, inclusive, provide for voting by a single class on a matter, action on that matter is taken when voted upon by that class as provided in section 33-1074.\n(b) If the certificate of incorporation or sections 33-1000 to 33-1290, inclusive, provide for voting by two or more classes on a matter, action on that matter is taken only when voted upon by each of those classes counted separately as provided in section 33-1074.
