Stat. § 33-273","heading":"Appointment of trustees.","body":"The district stewards of any district superintendent's or presiding elder's district may appoint, at their annual meeting, trustees for any such corporation within their district to supply the places of those whose terms expire, and to fill any vacancies in the number of such trustees, occurring by death, resignation or otherwise; and trustees of any such corporation shall hold their offices for the respective periods for which they have been appointed and until others are appointed in their places.","path":["TITLE 33.
