Stat. § 33-615","heading":"Certificate of existence or authorization.","body":"(a) Any person may apply to the Secretary of the State to furnish a certificate of existence for a domestic corporation or a certificate of authorization for a foreign corporation.\n(b) The issuance of a certificate of existence or authorization shall be conclusive evidence that such corporation's most recent annual report required by section 33-953 has been delivered to the Secretary of the State and that a certificate of dissolution or a certificate of withdrawal has not been filed with respect to such corporation.","path":["TITLE 33.
