Stat. § 34-365","heading":"Statement of dissociation.","body":"(a) A dissociated partner or the partnership may file a statement of dissociation stating the name of the partnership and that the partner is dissociated from the partnership.\n(b) A statement of dissociation is a limitation on the authority of a dissociated partner for the purposes of subsections (d) and (e) of section 34-324.\n(c) For the purposes of subdivision (3) of subsection (a) of section 34-363 and subdivision (3) of subsection (b) of section 34-364, a person not a partner is deemed to have notice of the dissociation ninety days after the statement of dissociation is filed.","path":["TITLE 34.
