Stat. § 36a-450a","heading":"Executive committee.","body":"(a) The executive committee, if one is appointed by the governing board, shall consist of an odd number of not less than three directors of the Connecticut credit union.\n(b) The executive committee shall meet in accordance with section 36a-449a, and as often as necessary and shall act for the governing board between meetings of the governing board, in all other matters except for approval of policies, subject to such conditions and limitations as prescribed by the governing board.\n(c) The executive committee shall keep complete minutes of all of its actions, copies of which shall be submitted to the governing board at its next meeting.","path":["TITLE 36a.
