If the applicant for registration as a broker-dealer or investment adviser is a sole proprietorship, the photograph shall be of the sole proprietor; if the application is for a partnership, it shall be accompanied by a photograph of each general partner; if the application is for a corporation, it shall be accompanied by a photograph of each principal officer or director as determined by the commissioner.","path":["TITLE 36b.
