Penalties.","body":"(a) Any person who wilfully violates any provision of subsection (a) of section 36b-4 or subsection (a) or (f) of section 36b-5 shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both.\n(b) Any person who wilfully violates any other provision of sections 36b-2 to 36b-34, inclusive, shall be fined not more than three thousand five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.\n(c) No information may be returned under sections 36b-2 to 36b-34, inclusive, more than five years after the alleged violation.","path":["TITLE 36b.
