Cost of hearings.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall charge a filing fee of five hundred dollars for a registration statement or Schedule 14D-1 filed by an offeror and two hundred fifty dollars for a request for hearing filed by a target company.\n(b) The expenses reasonably attributable to any hearing held under sections 36b-40 to 36b-52, inclusive, shall be charged in such proportions as the commissioner shall determine to the offeror and the target company.","path":["TITLE 36b.
