Penalties.","body":"(a) Any person who wilfully violates any provision of subdivision (6) of section 36b-67 shall be fined for each violation a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both.\n(b) Any person who wilfully violates any other provision of sections 36b-60 to 36b-80, inclusive, shall be fined for each violation a maximum of three thousand five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.\n(c) No information may be returned under sections 36b-60 to 36b-80, inclusive, more than five years after the alleged violation.","path":["TITLE 36b.
