Binders, renewal endorsements and evidences of renewal.","body":"Any insurer authorized to issue an automobile liability insurance policy may, pending the issue of such a policy, make an agreement, for a period which shall not exceed sixty days, to be known as a binder, or may, in lieu of such a policy, issue a renewal endorsement or evidence of renewal of an existing policy. The provisions of sections 38a-334 to 38a-336a, inclusive, 38a-338, and 38a-340 to 38a-345, inclusive, shall apply to such binders, renewal endorsements or evidences of renewal.","path":["TITLE 38a.
