Distribution and posting required.","body":"(a) For the purposes of this section:\n(1) “Health carrier” has the same meaning as provided in section 38a-1080; and\n(2) “Pharmacy benefits manager” has the same meaning as provided in section 38a-479aaa.\n(b) Not later than July 1, 2022, the Insurance Department shall:\n(1) Post the educational materials developed pursuant to subsection (b) of section 19a-133d on the department's Internet web site; and\n(2) Distribute the educational materials developed pursuant to subsection (b) of section 19a-133d to each health carrier and pharmacy benefits manager doing business in this state.","path":["TITLE 38a.
