Duplication of coverage under group health insurance policies.","body":"In any case in which spouses are employed by the same employer and, by reason of their employment, are both eligible for coverage under the terms of any health insurance policy issued under a group plan and by an insurance company, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation, health care center or fraternal benefit society, such spouses shall not be required as a condition of their employment or as a condition of coverage under such plan, to pay any premium that does not result in greater coverage than would be provided if only one of them were eligible to participate in such group plan.","path":["TITLE 38a.
