Appeals from orders.","body":"(a) Any person aggrieved by an order of the commissioner issued pursuant to sections 38a-975 to 38a-998, inclusive, may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183, except venue for such appeal shall be in the judicial district of New Britain.\n(b) No order or report of the commissioner under sections 38a-975 to 38a-998, inclusive, or order of a court to enforce the same shall in any way relieve or absolve any person affected by such order or report from any liability under any other laws of this state.","path":["TITLE 38a.
