Stat. § 4-124ii","heading":"Awarding of grants to generate talent in institutions of higher education.","body":"Grants under section 4-124hh shall be awarded based on the following order of priority:\n(1) Grants that focus on key technology areas to give Connecticut a competitive advantage in the knowledge economy;\n(2) Grants that create certificate and degree programs to encourage talent generation;\n(3) Grants that promote multi-institutional collaboration across public and private institutions of higher education;\n(4) Grants that involve multiple activities, enhance research capabilities, promote applied research collaborations and advance the commercialization of research of institutions of higher education; and\n(5) Grants that include matching funds from institutions of higher education, technology-focused organizations or business entities.","path":["TITLE 4.
