Stat. § 4-28a","heading":"Advisory commission.","body":"The Governor may designate and establish such advisory commission or commissions as may be required as a condition of eligibility for benefits under any federal law, to consult with the agency designated pursuant to the provisions of subsection (b) of section 4-28 in carrying out its purposes. The Governor shall designate the chairman of any such commission and each member of the commission shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
