Stat. § 4-61nn","heading":"Adaptation of administration of tests to needs of persons with disabilities.","body":"Not later than July 1, 1992, the commissioner of each state agency and each professional examining board which tests individuals shall develop and implement a procedure to adapt the administration of such tests to the needs of persons with disabilities, provided any such adaptation shall not interfere with the validity of the test or with the assessment of bona fide occupational qualifications.
