Stat. § 42-110r","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter:\n(a) “Repairer” means any person engaged in the business of repairing, overhauling, adjusting, assembling or disassembling consumer goods;\n(b) “Person” means a natural person, corporation, limited liability company, trust, partnership, incorporated or unincorporated association, and any other legal entity;\n(c) “Consumer goods” means any article, except motor vehicles, purchased, leased or rented primarily for personal, family, household or commercial purposes.","path":["TITLE 42.
