Stat. § 42-320","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this section and section 42-321:\n(1) “Buyer” means any person entering into a social referral services contract with a seller;\n(2) “Person” means a natural person, partnership, corporation, association or any other legal entity;\n(3) “Seller” means any person offering social referral services; and\n(4) “Social referral services” means dating, matrimonial or personal referral services by any of the following means: (A) An exchange of names, telephone numbers, addresses and statistics; (B) a photograph or video selection process; (C) personal introductions provided by the seller at the seller's place of business; and (D) a social environment provided by such person intended primarily as an alternative to singles' bars or club-type environments.","path":["TITLE 42.
