Stat. § 42a-12A-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) In this article:\n(1) “Adjustment date” means January 1, 2027.\n(2) “Article 12” means Article 12 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in this title.\n(3) “Article 12 property” means a controllable account, controllable electronic record or controllable payment intangible.\n(b) The following definitions in other articles of the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in this title, apply to this article:\n“Controllable account”. Section 42a-9-102.\n“Controllable electronic record”. Section 42a-12-102.\n“Controllable payment intangible”. Section 42a-9-102.\n“Electronic money”. Section 42a-9-102.\n“Financing statement”.
