Stat. § 42a-2A-706","heading":"Incidental damages.","body":"Incidental damages resulting from a default under a lease contract include compensation for any commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissions with respect to:\n(1) Inspection, receipt, transportation, care or custody of identified goods which are the subject of the default;\n(2) Stopping delivery or shipment;\n(3) Effecting cover, return or disposition of the goods;\n(4) Reasonable efforts otherwise to minimize or avoid the consequences of default; and\n(5) Effectuating other remedies after the default or otherwise dealing with the goods.","path":["TITLE 42a.
