Giving of public notice.","body":"(a) Whenever public notice is required in any proceeding in, or matter pending before, a court of probate, except as provided in sections 45a-124 to 45a-127, inclusive, such notice shall be by publication in a newspaper having a circulation in the district in which the court is held, for the length of time which the court directs. The court may prescribe such further notice as it deems requisite.\n(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, notice by publication is not required if actual notice is received by all parties interested in a matter or proceeding unless such notice is requested by an interested party or is required by the court.","path":["TITLE 45a.
