When probate bond not required.","body":"The Court of Probate may dispense with the requirement of a probate bond as set forth in sections 45a-162 to 45a-169, inclusive, if: (1) The fiduciary is a bank or trust company authorized to do business and maintaining a place of business in this state; (2) the fiduciary is a foreign bank or trust company which has qualified and been approved as such fiduciary; (3) the fiduciary is excused by the will from giving a probate bond; or (4) the Court of Probate determines that a bond is not required for the protection of interested parties.","path":["TITLE 45a.
