Enforcement of decree and award of custody by warrant.","body":"In any proceeding under sections 45a-603 to 45a-622, inclusive, or if an application has been made for termination of parental rights or if parental rights are terminated, the court of probate having jurisdiction may enforce its decree and award the custody of the minor to the person or organization entitled to custody, by a warrant directed to a proper officer commanding him to take possession of the minor and to deliver the minor into the care and custody of the person or organization entitled to custody.
