Stat. § 45a-624d","heading":"Authority of standby guardian.","body":"When a designation of a standby guardian becomes effective upon the occurrence of a specified contingency, such standby guardian shall have the authority and obligations of a guardian as defined in subdivision (5) of section 45a-604. Such designation shall be effective for a period of one year. Such authority and obligations of a standby guardian shall cease when the specified contingency no longer exists or after the expiration of such one-year period, whichever is sooner.","path":["TITLE 45a.
