Stat. § 45a-726c","heading":"Term “adoptive parent” substituted for “adopting parent”.","body":"(a) Wherever the words “adopting parent” are used in the following general statutes, “adoptive parent” shall be substituted in lieu thereof: 45a-727, 45a-736 and 45a-746.\n(b) The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying said sections of the general statutes pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.","path":["TITLE 45a.
