Stat. § 46a-68b","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this section and sections 46a-56 and 46a-68c to 46a-68k, inclusive: (1) “Public works contract” means any agreement (A) for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of changes or improvements in real property, and (B) that is financed in whole or in part by the state, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees, where such funding equals one hundred fifty thousand dollars or more, (2) “awarding agency” has the same meaning as provided in section 4a-60g, and (3) “construction manager” means a construction professional with primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of all construction or engineering activities for a project in accordance with a public works contract or other agreement with an awarding agency.","path":["TITLE 46a.
