Such publication shall contain detailed information describing the process by which a party who is indigent may apply to the court for the appointment of counsel or guardian ad litem for a minor child in a family relations matter. Such publication shall be available to the public in hard copy and be accessible electronically on the Internet web site of the Judicial Branch.","path":["TITLE 46b. FAMILY LAW","CHAPTER 815.
