Temporary detention places.","body":"Where accommodations for the temporary detention of children in state-operated detention homes are unavailable, the Chief Court Administrator or his designee shall arrange with some agency or person for the use of suitable accommodations to serve as a temporary detention place as may be required. The court may allow such agency or person reasonable compensation for the expenses and services incident to such detention. The Chief Court Administrator or his designee may employ any other suitable method or arrangement for detention.
