Stat. § 47-88c","heading":"Separate heating plants required, when.","body":"(a) In addition to the requirements of section 47-88b for each conversion condominium for which a declaration is filed within sixty days after May 7, 1980, the declarant shall include in his public offering statement a statement of the declarant that each unit has, or will have at the time of the conveyance of title from the declarant to the purchaser, a separate heating plant which shall be a part of the unit.\n(b) Each unit of any conversion condominium for which the declaration is filed on or after November 16, 1979, and within sixty days after May 7, 1980, shall have, at the time of the conveyance of title from the declarant to the purchaser, a separate heating plant which shall be a part of the unit.","path":["TITLE 47.
