In lieu of, or in addition to, such opinions, appraisals and reports, the commission may have any or all matters concerning or affecting such real estate syndicate securities investigated, appraised, passed upon and certified to them by engineers, appraisers or other knowledgeable person competent to provide an accurate opinion of value selected by them.","path":["TITLE 47.
