Stat. § 4d-35","heading":"Application of Freedom of Information Act to public records provided to contractor or subcontractor.","body":"(a) Any public record which a state agency provides to a contractor or subcontractor shall remain a public record for the purposes of subsection (a) of section 1-210.\n(b) With regard to any public record, the state agency and the contractor or subcontractor shall have a joint and several obligation to comply with the obligations of the state agency under the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200, provided the determination of whether or not to disclose a particular record or type of record shall be made by such state agency.","path":["TITLE 4d.
