Deadline.","body":"(a) The board shall provide assistance to the Secretary of the State, Comptroller, Treasurer and Attorney General to develop best procurement practices specific to the constitutional and statutory functions of each office and consistent with statutes and regulations concerning procurement.\n(b) Each of the officers specified in subsection (a) of this section shall adopt a code of procurement practices on or before June 1, 2011.","path":["TITLE 4e.
