Stat. § 4e-47","heading":"Regulations concerning application of certain contracting statutes to each constituent unit of the state system of higher education.","body":"On or after January 1, 2011, the State Contracting Standards Board shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to apply the contracting procedures, as described in sections 4e-18 to 4e-45, inclusive, to each constituent unit of the state system of higher education.
