Stat. § 51-216","heading":"Salary and fees of reporter.","body":"(a) The salary of the Reporter of Judicial Decisions shall be determined by the judges of the Supreme Court.\n(b) The reporter shall receive for copies of opinions such sum per page as is fixed by the judges, such fees to be accounted for to the Comptroller and paid over to the Treasurer. The Reporter of Judicial Decisions shall not receive fees for certified copies of opinions filed pursuant to the provisions of section 51-213 or for such copies as the judges may direct him to furnish without charge.\n(c) The reporter shall be eligible for the benefits of the state employees retirement plan as provided by chapter 66.","path":["TITLE 51.
