Duties.","body":"The Division of Criminal Justice Advisory Board is established, comprised of a nonvoting member designated by the Criminal Justice Commission, the Chief State's Attorney or his designee and the state's attorney for each judicial district or his designee. The board shall meet at least once a month to advise on state-wide prosecutorial standards and guidelines and other policy matters, including peer review and resolution of conflicts.
